Process Assessment Model

A Process Assessment Model (PAM) relates to one or more Process Reference Models. A PAM holds all details (so called indicators) to determine process maturity. It is aligned in two dimensions:

  • Process: holding for all relevant processes the fundamental indicators to assess the processes: base practices and work products.
  • Maturity level: holding further indicators to assess the maturity level: generic practices, generic resources and generic work products.
