Scrum Trainings with LEGO

Agilists and Scrum evangelists love fun and playful exercises. They are especially in love with LEGO©  bricks. The community is addictively attached to LEGOs as tools to illustrate learning content, run simulations and uncover obstacles — in community slang called "impediments".

However, if you use LEGO©  in these learning or simulation contexts, please do not mix it up with LEGO® Serious Play©.

LEGO® Serious Play©  is not a training tool. Much more, it is a general problem-solution technique. For the differences, please read my blog post "What LEGO Serious Play is — and what it is not!"

Here in this post, I want to show you games, to teach agile mindset and principles with LEGO©. These games were created by my colleagues and friends Alexey Krivitsky, Thorsten O. Kalnin, and myself. All games are shared by Common Creative License. By following the license condition, you can use these games in your Scrum training.

Note: This list is fed dynamically by my postings on LEGO 4 Agile games (tag: "lego agile game"). — So stay tuned for all games newly listed!

The Product Owner Challenge Game is an agile game with Lego bricks.
