Development Training: "Benefits of CMMI for Programmable Electronic Systems in Maritime" (1-day training)

For the maritime business branch of an internationally accredited registrar and classification society, I developed customer training to illustrate the benefits and application of CMMI process areas in developing programmable electronic systems (PES) in building ships.

The training covered the description of CMMI process areas and principles, quality, and cost benefits of using CMMI in shipyards and ship constructions. Later on, I acted as trainer/speaker in the training.
