A German-based DAX 500 international telecommunication company was challenged to foster the togetherness of an IT dev team.
I designed and facilitated an internal team-building LEGO Serious Play workshop to foster the togetherness of the dev team. In the workshop, the participants identified each other's individual goals and desires. From this, they derived their individual motivations to collaborate within the group. The participants agreed on common acceptable regulations within the team and the next steps to implement the insights gained at the workplace.
